This game is called Auti-Sim and you play as a child suffering from auditory hypersensitivity. This is probably the most jarring game I've played in a long time because it really shows how difficult it is for an autistic to assimilate with normal-functioning kids. I couldn't take more than a few minutes before going crazy myself. You control the views with your mouse and walk with your arrows. The closer you get to people, the louder the sound and the blurrier the world becomes.

Also, here's an auditory simulation, best heard through earphones, of a schizophrenic. This is also pretty interesting albeit creepy for most people. Best heard with the lights on.
